Installation and deployment of Allied Telesis switches (AT-GS950/8POE) and Etrovision IP
Cameras (N21, N71) on 24 stations of entire Metro track of 24 kms including stations and
corridors.
Configuration of more than 400 IP cameras with switches to make them functional and
accessible in Command and Control Center.
Installation and deployment of Public Announcement System (PAS) at each station.
Providing services to Pakistan Metro Bus Authority (PMA) for integrity of required surveillance
system standards.
Technical monitoring of more than 500 IT components including 400 IP Cameras through
NMS (Orion Solar winds) and AXXON Intellect.
Generating tickets for issues and escalating them to concerned department for resolving
them through OTRS (IT Service Management) System.
Managing Logs on daily basis for reports and records for examining and accessing the
integrity and smooth running of Video Surveillance System.
Managing warehousing of Project in-stock and Faulty components.
Troubleshooting, Installation and Configuration of peripheral devices and hardware
components
Managing Service Level Agreement reports on monthly basis and providing complete
details of the month in detail to client.
Training for ITIL foundation is completed in which detail study of IT Service Management is
done and concepts were built to improve the service quality and client satisfaction
Command and Control Center (Saddar – Rawalpindi)
Worked in Command and Control Center with direct dealing of client and resolving their
issues regarding surveillance, networks, personal computer hardware and software issues.
Providing view of desired cameras on 2 DELTA Video Walls comprising of 24 LEDs each.
Resolving the issues related to display and layout configuration.
Proper reports management on daily basis regarding issues for quality problem
management.

Responsible for managing Electrical Devices.

Planning of Electrical matters, managing inventory control and solving related problems.

Android Application Development,Designed an app for Hajj Translation project.

Wireless Radio Communication using Arduino.

Quality Check of Battery Charger of wireless radio including charging, discharging, current
and voltage tests.

Double Layer PCB designing of Local Battery Phone IP Gateway
